Booking Cancellation Policy owned by M/s. Chrison Holidays Pvt. Ltd. , Booking Policy

When someone booking our services, 20% advance payment required to confirm the booking, and the balance amount should be paid on or before the arrival. However during rush period or depends our vendor requirements in the destinations, the company will send you the Booking terms and Cancellation policies separately and directly to you and can be agreed Mutually. The Terms and conditions, cancellation & agreement, should be communicated with the r buyer in written format, and the company will deliver the same to you either by Email or by fax. Any verbal communication in this regard by any of our Employees, Staffs, Executives are not valid. The payment should be in favour of M/s. Chrison Holidays Pvt. Ltd., and not in any of our affiliates or staffs name or favour.

It is not necessary that any hotel or services, we offer in the quotation or offer documents will be available at the time of booking. In such case, we will intimate the buyer in writing and with the buyers consent, we will offer other hotels and services with the change of Price variation depends the hotel or service rates and if the buyer agrees will proceed with the booking confirmation. If the buyer does not agree we will refund the full advance payment taken from the buyer if any.

All the rates mentioned in our website exclude government levies, taxes and will be charged at actual as per the Government tax variations time to time.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour or travel services due to any unavoidable reasons we must be notified by the the buyer and in writing. Verbal communication will not be valid. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advance, and cancellation charges would be as follows.

  • 60 or above days prior to arrival : 5% of the Tour / Service cost
  • 30 days prior to arrival : 5% of the Tour / Service cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival : 10% of the Tour / Service cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival : 25% of the Tour / Service cost
  • Below 72 hrs to arrival : 100% of the Tour / Service cost

  • However some cancellation and refund polices are depends upon the Hotels, Railways, Airlines, & Cruise. The same will be intimated to you on confirmation of the Booking by paying the advance.

  • Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel's cancellation policy
  • Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway's cancellation policy
  • Cab booking cancellations will follow the Cab Owner's cancellation policy
  • 07 days prior to arrival : 25% of the Tour / Service cost
  • Below 72 hrs to arrival : 100% of the Tour / Service cost

  • For unused hotel accommodations, cab services and other transportation including missed meals etc. may be happened due to strikes / harthal / bandh / general strikes or any other unforeseen reasons; we are not bound to bear any responsibility to refund those amounts.

    Cancellation Policy Regarding Harthal / Bandh / Strike

  • Upon confirmation of the strike / Bandh / Harthal, from the source of T.V., New, News Paper or other sources, we         will intimate the customer.

  • If the Harthal is on arrival of the Client , we will offer them hotels near the airport / railway station / airport and will         intimate the charges for the same if any. If the client accepts, we will proceed or we will refund the advance taken.

  • If the Harthal / Bandh / Strike is during the trip, we will offer the transfer from one place to another place either         before the strike starts, ie early morning or after the strikes end ie, after 6 PM. Also we will offer them, one night         more stay in the same place where they will stay, and will cancel the other place, if we get the bookings. And if any         monetary charges are involved, for this alternative arrangement, we will inform the client, and on acceptance we will         proceed for the same.
